The person in charge of the Group Marketing Manager – Bachelor in Management (BSc) defines, structures and coordinates the European marketing strategy for one of ESCP Business School’s flagship programmes. The role contributes to the programme’s visibility, attractiveness and growth in a highly international and competitive environment, ensuring consistency, efficiency and impact across campuses.

 

The position covers the full marketing cycle, from strategic planning to operational implementation. The selected profile ensures coordination of local teams, stakeholder alignment and performance monitoring in order to support recruitment and brand objectives.

 

You will actively participate in promoting the program through the creation of marketing and sales materials, federal marketing initiatives and media plans, as well as promotional events in France and abroad.

 

Marketing Strategy and Overall Program Management:

  • Define a marketing strategy aligned with the program strategy;
  • Define the overall marketing plan and the resulting budget.
  • Lead this plan at the local level, in coordination with local managers.
  • Manage the Bachelor in Management's federal and local marketing budget to ensure the best return on investment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive competitive analysis and market research.

Media, Digital Performance, and SEO:

  • Create and execute a media plan for federal and local campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Manage digital performance (analytics, campaigns, SEO, etc.) across the programs.

Marketing and Communications Content Creation:

  • Create cross-functional digital content in collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and alumni to promote the school's positioning and USP.
  • Create marketing and sales materials, federal digital marketing initiatives, media plans, and events in France and abroad.
  • Manage the program's social media and networks.

Events

  • Centrally organize the program's trade show calendar in collaboration with local marketing managers and the program director.
  • Organize online webinars about the program.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows.

In addition, you will participate in cross-functional projects and provide administrative support as needed.

Profile required

  • Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university degree specializing in marketing.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing. Experience in the higher education sector is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing and managing marketing strategies, creating content, and organizing events.
  • Experience in team management or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Creativity and proactiveness.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
