Since 2023, we have implemented a Quality of Work Life and Working Conditions barometer to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

With 80 questions, the survey covers key topics such as:

  • Purpose & recognition

It also assesses stress levels and overall employee engagement.

Since 2020, we’ve been improving our gender equality indicators.

  • Gender equality index: 80/100 (down slightly from 84/100 in 2022 due to staff shifts affecting pay gaps)
  • Ongoing efforts to ensure pay equity and fair working conditions

Encouraging Gender Diversity in Leadership

  • 40% of managers are women (a growing but still insufficient number)
  • Despite more women graduating from engineering schools, we see limited female applicants for leadership roles
