The recruitment website is a platform that connects candidates and recruiters, operated by the CCPA Group (hereinafter referred to as "CCPA Group") through its service provider WeRecruit.
You have applied to join the CCPA Group. In this context, the CCPA Group may collect and process the personal data you provide on the website https://careers.werecruit.io/fr/groupe-ccpa (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), under the conditions set out below.
Data Controller

Legal Bases
Personal data is collected based on the following legal grounds under Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data:
- For the management of your application and recruitment operations: legitimate interest (selection and recruitment of the most relevant profiles), performance of pre-contractual measures, and performance of the employment contract.
Categories of Personal Data Collected
As part of the management, monitoring, and processing of your application, we may collect and process the following personal data that you provide through the application form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, current situation, job title, type of contract, experience, availability, and resume.
If your application is successful, we will send you a form via email to complete your personal information as listed below in order to prepare your employment contract and onboarding: postal address, national identity card or passport, health insurance card, social security number, nationality, and bank account details (RIB).
Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data collected on the Site is necessary for the following purposes:
- For the management, monitoring, and processing of applications for one or more positions.
- If your application is successful, for the management of recruitment and onboarding operations, including sending and electronically signing the employment contract and sending internal documentation (IT policy, etc.).
Sharing of Collected Personal Data
The personal data you provide may be shared with our subcontractors who provide services related to the management, monitoring, and processing of your application and the Site, notably WeRecruit to process your application and DocuSign for the signing of your employment contract if your application is successful.
Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
Data Transfers Outside the EU
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Retention Period of Personal Data
Personal data collected on the Site may be retained for the time necessary to evaluate your application and, if your application is successful, to manage recruitment and onboarding operations.
If your application is not successful, your personal data will be retained for 2 years from the date your application is submitted on the Site, unless you object.
If your application is successful, your personal data will be retained for the duration of your employment contract.
Security Measures for Personal Data
The CCPA Group is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Our technical, organizational, and physical procedures are designed to protect personal data from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction.
We select subcontractors who provide guarantees in terms of quality, security, reliability, and resources to implement technical and organizational measures, including data security. Subcontractors are required to maintain confidentiality levels at least equal to our own.
Candidate Rights Regarding Their Personal Data
In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to define post-mortem directives concerning your digital legacy. You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority), without prejudice to any other administrative or legal recourse.
You may exercise these rights free of charge, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive in nature.
