Description du poste

Découpe et préparation

  • Assurer la découpe et la transformation des viandes et produits de charcuterie selon les standards de qualité de l’entreprise.
  • Préparer les commandes sur mesure pour notre clientèle professionnelle (chefs, hôtels, restaurants gastronomiques).
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail conforme aux normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Support commercial

  • Collaborer étroitement avec le Sales Manager et l’équipe commerciale pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des chefs.
  • Participer à des démonstrations produits et événements clients (dégustations, ateliers, salons).
  • Être l’ambassadeur de la qualité des produits Répertoire Culinaire auprès de nos partenaires.

Support en magasin

  • Contribuer à la gestion des stocks et à la mise en avant des produits en magasin.
  • Conseiller les clients et participer à l’animation commerciale du point de vente.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en boucherie / charcuterie ou expérience significative dans le métier.
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques de découpe et connaissance approfondie des produits carnés haut de gamme.
  • Sens du service, excellent relationnel, capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les produits gastronomiques et les échanges avec les chefs.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable.
