The individual will be responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with new and existing clients in the HoReCa market.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying market opportunities, creating and achieving sales strategies, managing contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
  • The Senior Sales will also monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide training and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their performance.

Profile required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide a sales team effectively
  • Knowledge or experience in the food and beverage or gourmet product industry is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage
  • Availability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
