Our customer base is composed of Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Delicatessens, Retailers and prestigious Food Halls.
Repertoire Culinaire is part of a family-controlled group whose origins lie in the production of premium Charcuterie, Foie Gras and other Delicatessen products in France.

Reporting to the General Manager, our future Business Developer plays a pivotal role within the team at Singapore. As the ambassador for the company, its history, and its values, the Business Developer focuses on representing our diverse range of authentic Italian products. Responsible for day-to-day business management, they will drive a portfolio of clients, working autonomously within a fast-paced environment that allows for quick decision-making and personal career development.
Profile required
- Full Sales Cycle Management : Initiate, convince, and close deals to develop and enhance the portfolio of authentic Italian products, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Build a Robust Sales Pipeline : Develop new business opportunities by leveraging prospecting, targeted research, networking, and effective cold calling, emphasizing our authentic Italian product line.
- Short and Long-Term Goal Development : Formulate short and long-term sales goals and objectives, executing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, ensuring actions are aligned with the predefined strategic plan.
- Target Tracking and Strategic Plan Execution : Monitor targets and ensure that all account information and activities are current and updated in the ERP system, aligning actions with the predetermined strategic plan.
- Competitive Information Monitoring : Collect and monitor competitive information, implementing strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Collaboration with the Team : Work closely with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction, adopting a solution-focused approach to problem-solving. As a human-scale company, everybody is involved in unloading arrivals and preparing daily orders, so good physical condition is required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from Business school, you ideally have a first experience in a similar commercial position with a strong customer service focus mindset.
- Ability to think out of the box and find creative solutions.
- Able to work effectively under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Native Italian is MANDATORY, Fluent in English - knowledge of French is an asset, but not compulsory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- The successful candidate will be required to embark on a 2 to 2.5 months onboarding journey during the summer within our European subsidiaries. This is a crucial step before assuming the role in Singapore, with a start date scheduled for the beginning of September.
