Reporting to the General Manager, our future business developer is a key member within the team. He represents the company, its history and its value, the ambassador of all our products.
He will be responsible for the day to day management of the business by driving a portfolio of clients. He takes part of a small team and can expect decisions to be made quickly, working with a great degree of autonomy to drive the business as well as offering personal career development.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full sales cycle from new leads, initiate, convince, and close deals to develop your portfolio
- Build a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, targeted research, networking and effective calling of cold
- Keep track of the targets and ensure the actions are in line with the pre-defined strategic plan
- Ensure all account information and activity is current and updated on CRM system
- Monitor and collect competitive information.
- Work closely with the team to maintain high customer satisfaction and take a solution focused approach to problem solving
Profile required
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of work experience as a similar commercial position with a strong customer service focus mindset
- Experience in a similar activity and a knowledge/experience in the food services
- Good communication
- Solution-oriented and flexible, thinking out of the box
- Able to work under (time) pressure
- Fluent in English mandatory / French level highly appreciated
- Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
The position is located in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh, Danang, Hanoi or Phu Quoc)
