Répertoire Culinaire is specialised in the importation and distribution of high quality food products, either chilled, ambient or frozen. We operates in the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia,Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
Our customer base is composed of Restaurants, Hotels, Independent Delicatessens, Retailers and prestigious Food Halls.
Repertoire Culinaire is part of a family-controlled group whose origins lie in the production of premium Charcuterie, Foie Gras and other Delicatessen products in France.

Post description

  • Develop and grow sales with steakhouses, premium restaurants, and hotels

  • Leverage existing industry contacts to generate new business

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Conduct client visits, tastings, and product presentations

  • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Prepare basic sales reports and pipeline updates

Profile required

  • 2–4 years’ experience in foodservice sales or business development

  • Existing steakhouse / restaurant network is a strong advantage

  • Experience with meat, fine food, or imported products preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven and able to work independently

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

  • Valid driving licence
