Repertoire Culinaire is part of a family-controlled group whose origins lie in the production of premium Charcuterie, Foie Gras and other Delicatessen products in France.

In this role, you will support the design and visual communication needs across the company’s websites, social media, and marketing materials. Working closely with the Data, Marketing, and e-Commerce teams, you will ensure that all visuals are brand-consistent, creative, and technically sound. From product images to sales collateral, your designs will play a key role in driving our digital presence and supporting our commercial goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Data Manager to create and maintain accurate, visually appealing product images that adhere to company design standards.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce Manager to regularly update and maintain graphics across Répertoire Culinaire’s websites.
  • Develop creative content for social media and various marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Design artwork aligned with marketing strategies, ensuring effective selection and editing to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Create visually engaging marketing and sales collateral, including one-sheets, guides, presentations, advertisements, and product catalogs.
  • Coordinate closely with team members to align design objectives and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Proofread and review printed materials thoroughly, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy prior to publication.
  • Produce summary reports on graphic design performance to facilitate ongoing improvement.
  • Stay informed about current marketing and design trends to continuously enhance the team's output.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the role.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, brand-consistent, and technically proficient designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Profile required

  • Fluent in English.
  • 1 – 5 years of graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, and web design.
  • Exceptional skills in illustration, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive team player.
  • Solid design background supported by a robust online portfolio.
  • Ability to seamlessly transition between long-term strategic projects and short-term tasks.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with the latest design trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and communicate effectively within a team setting.
