Répertoire Culinaire is a leading French food distributor, specialized in high-end and fine food products for the hospitality and restaurant industry. Our Cambodia team is growing, and we are recruiting a skilled and reliable Import & Customs professional to manage our international shipments and customs clearance operations.

Post description

Import Management

  • Coordinate international shipments from suppliers to Cambodia (air & sea freight)
  • Manage shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures

Customs Clearance

  • Prepare and submit all necessary customs documentation
  • Work directly with customs brokers and government agencies
  • Ensure accurate HS code classification, tax calculations, and duty payments
  • Maintain records and ensure full audit compliance
  • Manage the process for import permits, licenses, and quality checks if required

Reporting & Coordination

  • Update the purchasing/logistics team on shipment status
  • Monitor and optimize import timelines and costs
  • Maintain and update SOPs related to import and clearance

Profile required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations and customs clearance
  • Strong understanding of Cambodian import regulations and customs procedures
  • Experience with fresh/frozen food imports is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document handling
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Khmer and English (spoken & written)
