We are looking for a warm, smiling, and energetic personality to be the first face and voice of our restaurant.
As a Host/Hostess, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth coordination between guests and the dining room team.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in person and over the phone with professionalism and genuine warmth.

  • Manage reservations efficiently through our booking system.

  • Organize and update the seating plan in coordination with the floor and kitchen teams.

  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

  • Handle guest inquiries, calls, and special requests with care and attention.

  • Be the link between guests and the service team, ensuring a consistent flow and communication.

Profil recherché

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.

  • A positive, sunny, and welcoming personality with a natural smile.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced environments.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

  • Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service is a plus, but not required, your attitude and energy matter most!
