Sales Assistant – Gourmet Food / Key Account F/M

Répertoire Culinaire Cambodia is a premium food distributor supplying high-end ingredients to top restaurants, hotels, and gourmet shops across the country. As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support key account management and gourmet product operations.

Post description

• Support the sales team in managing relationships with key accounts (chefs, hotels, restaurants, gourmet shops)
• Assist in order processing, quotations, product availability checks, and stock follow-up
• Prepare and send product offers, price lists, and promotional materials
• Ensure accurate and timely communication between customers, sales team, and logistics
• Follow up on deliveries, resolve client requests, and monitor satisfaction
• Maintain and update customer files and CRM tools
• Coordinate tastings, product launches, or trade events as needed

Profile required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or F&B operations
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
• Interest or experience in gourmet food, ingredients, or hospitality is a plus
• Fluent in English and Khmer (French is a strong plus)
• Organized, responsive, and client-focused
• Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
