As our operations grow, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our finance, compliance, and tax operations.

Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, inventory, fixed assets)
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare financial statements in line with CIFRS (Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit documentation

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws (VAT, WHT, income tax, etc.)
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations
• Liaise with tax authorities and handle audits or reviews
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide guidance to management

Internal Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Prepare financial and operational reports for management and group finance
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost control
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams
• Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure team efficiency and accuracy

Profile required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/tax experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of CIFRS and Cambodian tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is required
• Fluency in English is required; French is a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
