Product range includes cheese, charcuterie, fruit & vegetables, biscuits, flours, speciality breads made by artisan producers throughout all Italian regions and expertly selected by our team. With a thorough understanding of the Italian artisan producers reality, La Credenza has extended its expertise to customers´ own-branding and on-request sourcing of specific products.

Post description

1. Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, issues, and requests, providing effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and manage after-sales support.
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

 

2. Sales Account

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and proactively upsell products/services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing agreements, and product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account activity using CRM software
  • Help in developing online selling and new leads in this area

 

3. General & Administrative:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
  • Assist in reporting and analysis of sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Assist Area sales manager in daily operational requirements such as product knowledge, info, inventory status, options and developments

Profile required

  • Experience in B2B food sales or customer service, preferably within the specialty or Italian food sector, with a solid understanding of the supply chain and client service expectations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly yet professional demeanor and the ability to build lasting client relationships across diverse sectors (hospitality, retail, foodservice).

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to identify sales opportunities, meet targets, and support business growth initiatives like online sales and lead generation.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks (orders, reporting, client communication) while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

  • Team player with a flexible attitude, ready to support various departments and adapt quickly to changing priorities, with a hands-on approach to operational and administrative duties.
