Product range includes cheese, charcuterie, fruit & vegetables, biscuits, flours, speciality breads made by artisan producers throughout all Italian regions and expertly selected by our team. With a thorough understanding of the Italian artisan producers reality, La Credenza has extended its expertise to customers´ own-branding and on-request sourcing of specific products.
Post description
1. Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, issues, and requests, providing effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, track shipments, and manage after-sales support.
- Work closely with internal teams (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
2. Sales Account
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and proactively upsell products/services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing agreements, and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account activity using CRM software
- Help in developing online selling and new leads in this area
3. General & Administrative:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
- Assist in reporting and analysis of sales performance and customer feedback.
- Assist Area sales manager in daily operational requirements such as product knowledge, info, inventory status, options and developments
Profile required

Experience in B2B food sales or customer service, preferably within the specialty or Italian food sector, with a solid understanding of the supply chain and client service expectations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly yet professional demeanor and the ability to build lasting client relationships across diverse sectors (hospitality, retail, foodservice).

Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to identify sales opportunities, meet targets, and support business growth initiatives like online sales and lead generation.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks (orders, reporting, client communication) while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Team player with a flexible attitude, ready to support various departments and adapt quickly to changing priorities, with a hands-on approach to operational and administrative duties.
