Join Japan Experience – Help Us Create Unforgettable Stays Across Kyoto!

A core pillar of our business is our House Rental operation, where we manage nearly 54 unique, stylish homes across Japan – including 35 carefully curated properties in the heart of Kyoto.

We’re now seeking a House Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and elevate the guest experience in Kyoto. This is a hands-on, rewarding role at the center of one of Japan’s most iconic cities.

Your Mission:

Oversee the daily operations of 35 homes in Kyoto

Manage and coordinate bookings across multiple platforms

Supervise local staff and cleaning teams

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and style

Handle inventory and quality control for each property

Respond to customer inquiries and ensure smooth check-ins

Welcome customers at the house and give them tips about the city

Collaborate with the sales team to improve occupancy and performance

Candidate requirements

Languages:

English: Business level (mandatory)

Japanese: Business level 

Other Requirements:

Is currently in Japan and has a valid working visa, working holiday visa candidates are welcome.  Japan Experience can sponsor a working visa after valid work experience with us.

Employment Details:

Fixed-term contract 契約社員 

Social Benefits, insurance 

¥300,000 (40h/week) + yearly bonus+ 750 yen meal package a day
