Description du poste

-  Management of our pool of guides around Japan: definition of recruitment needs, guide recruitment, negotiation of conditions (hours, number of days worked, incentives, special guide contracts, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts with guide associations.
- Management of guide days as products (description, photos, videos, sales channels, prices, calendars, etc.).
- Supervision of product database and service price updates
- Analysis of product performance (profitability, customer satisfaction, margin monitoring, etc.)
- Follow-up of customer feedback on guides
- Organization of guide training (content, timetable, etc.)
- Training and monitoring of sales teams on services designed by the Guide Team Leader

Profil recherché

- Guiding and tourism experience in Japan required 

- Valid visa to work in Japan (Japan Experience will not sponsor recruitment for this position)
- Based in Tokyo or Kansai

- Ability to segment and prioritize all requests (urgent, non-urgent, important, etc.)
- Languages spoken: English and Japanese, French is a plus but not a requirement for the position

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage own workload

- Ability to work with minimum supervision

- Computer skills (Mac, MS Office)

- Ability to manage and lead a team
