Financial Analysis & Reporting
-
Perform mix and margin analysis to support business performance monitoring

Analyze financial data across entities and highlight discrepancies or risks
-
Support management reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
Intercompany Accounting
-
Manage and perform intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
-
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
-
Ensure proper documentation and alignment between group entities
Month-End & Closing Support
-
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for subsidiaries
-
Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
-
Assist in standardizing closing practices across entities
Data Management & System Support

Support data cleaning and data integrity initiatives (in coordination with internal stakeholders such as Vincent)

Ensure consistency and reliability of financial data across systems (ERP, reporting tools)
Internal Controls & Compliance
-
Perform monthly stock reviews with subsidiaries and investigate variances
-
Support implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures
-
Manage and review provisions and accruals to ensure accuracy and compliance
Tax & Regulatory Compliance (Thailand)
-
Handle local tax matters including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings
-
Liaise with the Thai Revenue Department when required
-
Provide guidance on Thai accounting and tax regulations to internal stakeholders
-
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
Profile required
Qualifications & Experience
-
Thai Nationality (mandatory)
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or audit
-
Experience in multi-entity or international environment is a strong advantage
-
Solid understanding of Thai tax regulations and compliance requirements
-
Experience dealing with local tax authorities is preferred
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Thai GAAP; IFRS is a plus)
Technical Skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central is a plus)

Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
